Registration

The registration fee to the conference includes:

• Admission to all scientific sessions of the conference
• Conference package and book of abstracts
• Welcome reception on Sunday August 28
• Banquet in the evening of August 31
• Morning and afternoon tea/coffee breaks
• Refreshments at the poster session on Tuesday August 30

Please note that the registration is not complete until payment of the registration fee has been confirmed. Meals are not included with conference registration.

Online registration is now CLOSED. On-site registration will NOT be available.

Cancellation policy

Written cancellation must be received by the Organizing Committee no later than June 1, 2022, to be eligible for a refund. After June 1, 2022, there will be no refunds. Refund requests can be sent to the conference mailbox dft2022@vub.be.
